What do you like most?
I love that the team at Travel Media Group is always looking to improve their performance. They communicate every step of the way. TMG sets us up to succeed and they follow our progress along the way. They give us suggestions that have been very helpful. Since we have partnered with TMG, our service scores have improved. Through TMG's reporting system, we are able to dive into area that needs improvement. After viewing our month over month performances, we are able to grow our rankings on several sites.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think TMG has put in the work to help their clients succeed. Keep up the good work. I look forward to working with TMG for many years to come.
