What do you like most?
I'm consistently impressed with the performance of the Respond & Resolve team, with the personable and professional nature of our account manager, and with the relevant, business-driving content procured by the Social Media Team. TMG saves hours of my time each week, and they do it in a way that's consistent and reliable. Great services.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love a visit from the social media team so that we could introduce them to our market and give them a feel for what our hotel and our area have to offer.
