Amadeus Launches New iHotelier® Booking Engine to Enable Increased Conversion and Drive Higher Revenues

Early results reveal up to a 25% increase in conversion rates for early adopters of the new iHotelier® booking engine versus previous solutions. Its simplified shopping experience, expanded upsell and enhancement capabilities, and highly configurable booking flow enable a more personalized experience to increase hotelier revenue opportunities.

The new iHotelier® booking engine from Amadeus unifies and enhances the guest experience with an innovative approach that integrates website and booking engine into a singular shopping experience. By keeping reservation details in one platform, the booking flow remains consistent, delivers a modern shopping experience, and is designed to decrease abandonment. Beta tests are already demonstrating the value of this integration, with The Handlery Hotel (San Francisco, CA) and The Abbey Inn & Spa (Westchester, NY) reporting 25% and 16% increases in booking conversion rates versus previous solutions, respectively.
