ATLANTIC Hotels Expands Strategic Partnership with IDeaS Ahead of New Flagship Frankfurt Property Opening
Long-standing technology partnership expands as group deploys advanced revenue management in a highly competitive German market
IDeaS, a SAS company and the world’s leading provider of AI-powered hospitality revenue management software, today announced that ATLANTIC Hotels is expanding its partnership with the company to support the launch of its newest flagship property, ATLANTIC Hotel Frankfurt/Main, scheduled to open in summer 2026.
As competition intensifies in Germany’s urban hotel markets amid shifting demand patterns, rising costs, and increased price transparency, advanced revenue management has become critical to supporting agile pricing, intelligent commercial decisions, and sustainable profitability.
Against this backdrop, ATLANTIC Hotels selected IDeaS for its new Frankfurt property, marking the next phase in the group’s growing partnership with IDeaS and reinforcing its continued investment in data-driven, intelligence-led revenue strategies.
Leveraging IDeaS’ AI-powered revenue management solution G3 RMS, ATLANTIC Hotels moves beyond manual or reactive pricing by accessing automated, science-based revenue recommendations. By continuously monitoring and adapting to property performance data and market dynamics, the platform supports more accurate forecasting, improved business-mix decisions, and stronger revenue outcomes across all demand segments.
These capabilities will set the stage for success from day one at ATLANTIC’s new Frankfurt hotel, a 4-star superior property with 373 rooms and suites spanning 20 floors of the 34-story Sparda-Bank Tower. With seven conference rooms and a direct entrance to the Messe Frankfurt trade fair, the hotel is ideally positioned for business and event-driven demand, further strengthening the group’s presence in key German business and leisure destinations.
Launching with G3 RMS in place enables ATLANTIC to align pricing and inventory decisions with emerging demand patterns weeks in advance from opening day. This supports a smoother, more confident market entry while reducing manual processes for the hotel team.
Peter Gärtner, Director of Revenue, at ATLANTIC Hotels, said: “As we prepare to open our new Frankfurt property, it is important for us to have a revenue management solution in place that supports informed, strategic decision-making from the outset. The Frankfurt market is highly competitive, and the trust built from our continued collaboration with IDeaS gives us confidence that we are well positioned from day one.”
Headquartered in Bremen, ATLANTIC Hotels is an established German hotel group operating 20 properties with more than 2,500 rooms in Germany and Austria. Part of the Zech Group, the company benefits from a vertically integrated model that combines development, ownership, and operations, supporting consistent quality standards and long-term performance across its portfolio.
Michael McCartan, Area Vice President, EMEA, at IDeaS, said: “ATLANTIC Hotels has worked with IDeaS for a number of years across other properties, and this latest implementation reflects the strength of that ongoing relationship. Our shared success with the group is a strong example of how we’re well equipped to support sophisticated regional hotel groups as they grow. As the group prepares to open its new Frankfurt property, we will continue to provide a proven foundation for commercial success from the outset. We look forward to continuing our collaboration as the hotel comes to market.”
The Frankfurt opening represents another milestone in ATLANTIC Hotels’ development roadmap, supported by a technology partnership designed to deliver measurable commercial impact from opening and beyond.
