DIAMO and Revival Hotels Partner to Power the Future of Invisible Hospitality™
DIAMO and Revival share a vision of technology-powered hospitality, brought to life through the launch of Hideaway Inns.
DIAMO, the AI-powered revenue and marketing platform for independent hotels, today announced a formal partnership with Revival Hotels, pioneering the concept of Invisible Hospitality™.
Revival Hotels has built its reputation on redefining the guest experience. Its revolutionary platform—Invisible Hospitality™—delivers seamless stays without the traditional front desk, powered by smart technology and thoughtful design. From direct-to-door check-in to personalized touches throughout the journey, Revival has introduced a model that keeps service intuitive, unobtrusive, and aligned with the way today’s travelers want to experience hospitality.
As part of this partnership, DIAMO will serve as the revenue and marketing backbone for Revival Hotels, equipping the company with advanced tools to optimize pricing, boost direct bookings, and drive profitability—all while supporting the operational simplicity that Invisible Hospitality™ requires. By automating complex back-office functions, DIAMO allows Revival to maximize ROI for owners without the cost or staff demands of traditional revenue and marketing teams—an ideal complement to Revival’s guest-first, streamlined operating model.
The collaboration launches alongside the debut of Hideaway Inns, Revival’s new collection of fun, design-forward properties built on the principles of Invisible Hospitality™. The first Hideaway Inn is set to open at the base of Mount Sunapee Ski Resort in Newbury, New Hampshire, with additional properties in Mt. Snow, Vermont and Sugar Hill, New Hampshire already in development. Each Hideaway Inn will deliver the frictionless stay Revival is known for, supported behind the scenes by DIAMO’s intelligent revenue and marketing platform.
“Revival Hotels is at the forefront of reimagining hospitality, and their approach to invisible service requires equally innovative back-office solutions,” said James Kay, CEO of DIAMO. “We’re thrilled to power Revival’s revenue strategy, ensuring their team can deliver a guest experience that feels effortless while DIAMO handles the complexities behind the scenes.”
Saxton Sharad, Founder and CEO of Revival Hotels, added: “Our vision has always been to redefine the hospitality experience for today’s traveler. Regardless of the industry, this requires stripping away unnecessary friction and giving guests freedom and control. Partnering with DIAMO ensures that the same innovation we apply to the guest journey is applied to our revenue and marketing strategies. It’s the perfect alignment.”
This partnership underscores DIAMO’s commitment to working directly with forward-thinking hospitality brands that are shaping the future of travel. With Revival Hotels and the launch of Hideaway Inns, DIAMO is demonstrating how today’s revenue management can power a business model where Invisible Hospitality™ is both guest-centric and financially sustainable.
