The HotelTechAwards are the premier awards in the industry, with winners are chosen based on customer reviews and ratings, partner recommendations, global reach, vendor integrations, customer support and company culture.

Goki scored 100 out of 100 points this year, making us the best in class for 2022. We also received a certificate of excellence, an average customer review score of 4.7 out of 5 and our Support team achieved Level 3 (from 4) of Hotel Tech Report's Global Customer Support Certification.

Goki has experienced impressive growth since releasing its first product amid the pandemic.
