As the review title states - GOKI completely changed our operation. I would recommend this product, specifically to those older operations that are looking for keyless and remote entry.

We have a manual 'emergency pin' back up. (Dont always want to give the admin) If and when GOKI goes down. Lock fails.
Should other users not think of this. May cause issues and might be worth mentioning this in the onboarding process.

The door lock market is filled with legacy players that do not understand the evolving needs of guests in the current climate. Goki puts the guest first by enabling hotels to serve them on the devices they already have in their hand - their smartphone.
