Our guests love the ease of use. It is simple and straight forward. If our guests are happy we are happy. If a guest forgets the key, can't find the communication or forget their phone in the room we can help the guest from any location at any time. It increased the guest experience and that is the most important thing for us.

The GOKI service is a great asset for any Hotel/motel/ Airbnb or other type of accommodation. The ease of setup and use once installed with taking bookings/ checking in/out guests and payments is amazing. No need to tell guests where the keys are or having to meet upon arrival.
