Mannheim, June 2025 – MARA Solutions has launched a groundbreaking new AI feature called “Ask Reviews Anything”, giving hotels the ability to instantly extract precise insights from their guest reviews using natural language queries.

With this AI-powered feature, hotel teams can now ask open-ended questions such as “What do guests say about our breakfast?” or “How do guests feel about our self check-in?” — and receive clear, structured answers in seconds.
