RoomRaccoon, a leading hotel management system for independent properties, has partnered with international access automation specialis i-Checkin to deliver a seamless, app-free smart entry solution for hotels and vacation rentals.
The integration automates check-in by sending guests a secure, time-sensitive digital key via WhatsApp or email upon booking. Guests simply tap the link on their smartphone to unlock the door — no keys to manage, no codes to issue, and no apps to download — reducing front desk workload and enhancing the arrival experience.
