Revenue Analytics launches Group Management: the missing intelligence behind hotel group decisions
Revenue Analytics announces the launch of Group Management, a new feature for Climber RMS that redefines how hotels and Revenue Management professionals analyze and approve group quotes.
Integrated into Climber RMS, Group Management automates simulations and provides precise analyses of revenue impact — turning a traditionally complex process into quick, simple, and data-driven decisions.
With automatic simulations, smart rate recommendations, and side-by-side comparisons between “with group” and “without group” scenarios, the feature allows hotels to assess, in seconds, whether accepting a group is truly profitable.
“Our goal is to eliminate guesswork and empower hoteliers with data that drives more profitable decisions. Each quote becomes less of a risk and more of a strategic opportunity for profit,” says Bill Brewster, CEO of Revenue Analytics.
Replacing the former Group Quotation, the new Group Management delivers a completely redesigned experience: an intuitive interface, automatic impact calculations on key KPIs (such as Occupancy, Revenue, and RevPAR), and one-click group quote submissions via email.
Key benefits include:
-
More accurate decisions based on on-the-books and forecast data.
-
Elimination of spreadsheets and manual errors, ensuring standardized quotes.
-
Greater operational agility, allowing RMs to focus on strategy.
-
Increased profitability by accepting only groups that truly add value.
“At Climber, we’ve always believed that access to Revenue Management intelligence should be simple and accessible. Group Management takes that vision even further — combining Revenue Analytics’ technology with Climber’s agility to deliver faster, more confident decisions,” reinforces Mário Mouraz, Founder of Climber.
Group Management complements Revenue Analytics’ portfolio, which includes N2Pricing and Climber RMS. Together, these solutions reflect the company’s commitment to building a connected ecosystem of Revenue Management tools that serve the entire hospitality industry — from independent hotels to global chains.
