The training is delivered by hospitality veterans, Darya Subotka and Kristina Haga of Revinate. Prior to Revinate, Darya worked in corporate travel management, travel agencies, and OTAs in operations and marketing roles in Europe and North America. Prior to joining Revinate, Kristina worked for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, both on property and in corporate functions, where she focused on loyalty and digital marketing, guest communication and member engagement.
