Through a strategic partnership with Melbourne Private Equity firm Advent Partners, RMS Cloud is set to accelerate its international growth and enhance the functionality of its leading PMS, marking a transformative phase in its 40-year legacy.
Founded by Peter Buttigieg, RMS Cloud has evolved into a pioneering force in the hospitality industry, offering a comprehensive suite of reservation-related services for hotels, serviced apartments, campgrounds, and similar establishments. With this partnership, Advent Partners has become a significant investor in RMS Cloud, facilitating the expansion of its services across 70 countries and supporting over 6,000 properties worldwide.
