Answer:

RMS Provides a great API and Partner platform which makes it easy for us to integrate our own platform to theirs and to service our own clients quickly and efficiently. Their marketplace directly within their platform makes it easy to find and enable the integration.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The staff at RMS are always helpful and accommodating for both ourselves as a technology partner/vendor and from the perspective of their own clients which we deal with during the setup phase of deployments. The have a great online platform and back that up with great service.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

As with any product or service you consider using, speak to those who you know and have dealt with the provider in the past and those presently using them. Ask Integrators and Vendors their opinion as they how they deal with the product/service is also important. Your business is important, take the time to make sure you are happy with the choices you make.
