WebRezPro cloud property management system (PMS) by World Web Technologies Inc. (WWT) now offers direct integration with Akia, an AI-powered guest messaging platform transforming the way hotels engage with their guests.
Akia provides hotels with an easy-to-use, automated solution for managing contactless guest communications and check-in via text messaging, enhancing guest service and streamlining operations, while ensuring the safety of guests and staff as we continue to grapple with COVID-19.
