Get in touch with the team, ask them to walk you through the demo and ask to see the full functionality of the Akia suite of products. This product can really help you provide a great guest experience for the visitors to your hotel.

mobile check, messaging services and guest request assistance. It made this easy and quick specially on a busy day that the morning shift can pre assign rooms

to integrate or connect the pre registration card to autoclerk so it will be easrier to check the guests who made pre registration

What do you like most?

Its very straight forward. It is easy to keep track of guest requests and registration cards. I would definitely recommend this to someone.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Perhaps a way for it to connect directly into our reservation system so that we don't have to use both browsers.

Keeping guest and FD staff up to date because of this app. You can inform the guest when room is ready.
