What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

ATLIST facilitates an on-brand, custom and professional marketplace for even the smallest STR business. Having a branded catalog of upsells, third party experiences and add ons provides a seamless additional revenue streams for the host. Most STR businesses are micro-businesses where the owner/host wears all the hats. With an ATLIST catalog of complementary products, the sales heavy lifting is done. Custom branding adds a level of trust and professionalism which makes it easy for guests to enhance their stays directly with their host.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

ATLIST stands head and shoulders above other companies which are more like digital pamphlets rather than the turnkey solutions offered by ATLIST. Even a tech novice can customize their account however, the assisted on boarding service again allows hosts to focus on their hospitality rather than the tech and the admin.

Question:

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Include a range of add ons and experiences from services that you provide yourself to introductions to third party vendors. Include at least one premium experience as this allows guests to “dream big” and actually improves sales of lower priced items. Offering additional services for sale is providing additional hospitality to your guests. They are likely to be spending money anyway, but you are giving them your curated recommendations which lends more credibility to you and to any third party vendor.
