What differentiates this product or service from the competition?
For hconnect an integrator the onboarding process can be somethings be challenging, with the Eleanor application it is easy and straight forward. The Eleanor team are very responsive and easy to work with and we are happy to partner with them.

Hoteliers should avoid disappointment when selecting products by using trial periods or recommendations. Work with operation teams to ensure the product will do what you expect it to do. I am sure you don't be disappointed with Eleanor.

Eleanor is a super convenient solution for our guests. They have access to all the details about what they can do while staying with us and can even book pre-arrival.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The date selector on the check in steps could be made better for guests trying to select today's date which requires them to move the date.

A search feature in the guest check in for things like country and nationality would be very helpful, as well as being able to update Opera with these details

What do you like most?
Quick way to communicate and plan activities with our guests. Access via the Eleanor dashboard allows us to see what's happening even when we are mobile are around the resort.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes guests are confused with adding 'external guests' to their bookings resulting in pending bookings. It could be clearer for guests to add their travelling companions when making a reservation.
