What do you like most?
1. TOCK has tremendously improved our marketing capability by providing a website that people feel confident and comfortable with. Our guests have enjoyed creating profiles to save their personal information for easier bookings year after year. 2. Our hotel has seen a tremendous increase in revenue due to TOCKs payment policy. Our guests understand that they are paying for a guaranteed seat for our dining experience. 3. The marketing tool for collecting emails and updating when new events are posted has helped greater a better following and loyalty among our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Minor detail: Improvement with ability to select more than one table to modify. I would improve the reporting system. Running reports for different experiences and revenue/covers per experience would be really helpful.
