What do you like most?
Imagine if a company took real world user feedback and made it the core of the experience. Crazy right? The layout and cleanliness of the tiles nicely softens the complexity of what is behind the data. The group pricing model widget is great for my hotel with no F&B or meeting space. (I have no insight if they have a more complex model for more complex properties.) Data extracts are quick and easy right to the browser, if you like to do more specialized analysis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not improved, but an added functionality ... I would love to see a forecasting widget that can start at the top line and spread down to the market segment data, and then to day-by day. Also, it would be nice to have a user defined field or attribute to room types or rate codes so that they can be grouped for aggregated metrics that are custom to an individual property.
