What do you like most?
I really appreciate how quickly our partners respond when there’s a problem or an issue. We’re happy with the connectivity.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to see certain procedures within SynXis simplified, as they are currently particularly time-consuming for our teams. Setting up or modifying certain configurations requires numerous manual steps, which considerably lengthens processing times and increases the risk of errors. Simplifying these processes would significantly improve our operational efficiency, speed up roll-outs and optimise the day-to-day management of our facilities. We hope that these points can be taken into account in future updates to the platform in order to offer users a smoother and more efficient experience.
