What do you like most?
We particularly appreciate that guest communication through Dailypoint is significantly faster and more visually appealing than before. Processes that previously took a lot of time can now be implemented much more efficiently and clearly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would greatly appreciate further development of the Message Center in the future – particularly towards a more traditional email program. Additional features such as creating subfolders or more flexible sorting and filtering options for messages would further simplify daily tasks and improve clarity.
