What do you like most?
In my daily work, the CRS lets me update rates across all channels, manage restrictions and minimum stays, and create and handle tailored quotes. It helps me avoid issues such as overbookings or inconsistent rates. With the RMS, I can see when to raise rates during high-demand periods, adjust pricing according to pick-up, differentiate prices across rate plans, and make pricing decisions faster through automation. I have also seen an improvement in RevPAR. The Booking Engine gives guests a clear, straightforward booking flow, with few steps to complete a reservation. It is easy for me to present offers and packages, and it gives users confidence when booking. Direct bookings through the website have increased, while the overall setup helps me manage rates and availability with greater control.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The initial learning curve for the CRS is somewhat demanding. It could be useful a video guide inside CRS to do easy changes.
