What do you like most?
The fact that I can be reached by phone during working hours, and that if I make a request, I will receive feedback later, the predictability and manageability of the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, sometimes outside of working hours, this salty help would be needed, this has happened in our case about twice in the past six months and then we really needed help. Also, it wouldn't hurt to think about some developments that I have already shared with Viktor and he says that the developers have the ball, I am a long-time user, but there is always room for improvement.
