Price labs is an excellent revenue management system for short-term vacation rentals. We manage over 80 properties, and it dynamic pricing, market data, automation and customization pricing strategies help us save time and maximize revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The biggest improvement Price labs needs is better support for furnished monthly and seasonal rentals, particularly stays of 30 days or longer.
