What do you like most?
I have more than 30 years of experience in the sector, and I can assure you that Redforts is a very complete program, with many functions, on par with the largest and most well-known hotel systems. Super intuitive, practical, never fails, does not hang!!! They update it continuously with the necessary tools to be up to date and always comply with current legal regulations. The developers are permanently immersed in a process of improvement and expansion of functions, and the most important thing is that they take into account the requests and suggestions of users to optimize the tools and resources to cover all the needs of their clients. I have been using it for 3 years and the evolution is really extremely significant. The customer service and support is super effective, very fast and they are always very friendly, with a predisposition to help and advise beyond the usual.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Although they have a lot of very useful and complete operational, statistical and financial reports, I think they could be a little more flexible, especially when comparing different indicators in various periods. It would be ideal to be able to choose different KPIs that we want to compare and to be able to mark different date ranges, for example. This option would allow us to measure and evaluate the evolution in comparable events, even if they do not fall on the same dates, such as Easter, long weekends, fairs, etc., or also to be able to obtain reports with the KPIs that we consider appropriate at any given time and several at a time. But I insist that they offer many and quite complete ones.
