What do you like most?
Kollective have handled our digital marketing (mainly PPC) on and off for over 6 years. The off period was due to a change in management on our side and I think the greatest compliment we can give is that we returned to them! We appreciate their honest approach and their determination to look below the surface data to increase conversions in a very competitive sector.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While every company would ideally like better rates for all services I think it would be churlish of us to consider this an area of improvement. They have shown themselves to be worth the fees.
