What do you like most?
- Templates are stored for easy access and can be somewhat manipulated - ROI tracking - They are usually very quick to respond
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Templates are inadequate - Three different platforms (One is the dashboard for list and roi management), another portal to request lists, and then the actual campaign/eblast builder site. - Incredibly confusing and not user friendly - No trigger emails available at the moment
