What do you like most?
SHR Group have a huge pool of properties, the competitive analysis is always really useful. They can identify trends, and flag issues that they are seeing in the market before we even know its an issue. Their tech is very user friendly and the support and account mgmt with Aoife and Eileen is excellent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
CMS website at times could be in easier to use. Booking engine, reports, digital dashboards are all very easy to access and use.
