What do you like most?
First, I want to commend the onboarding. We were able to conclude the contract and put the tool online within a very short time. The interface to our PMS makes it much easier to enter reservations, since profiles can be transferred directly. The integration by means of URL or iframe allows us to point out the table reservation almost everywhere in the customer journey. It also allows us to increase our conversion in campaigns and, most importantly, measure it more accurately. In addition, we can intensify our marketing since we can now generate even more contacts in our mailing lists. The tool is very easy to use and hardly requires any know-how to set it up or use it on a daily basis. The training sessions were very efficient, competent and friendly, as well as providing essential support during setup. Today it is a must that guests can reserve online and see the availability of the tables directly. The tool is a very stable and modern cloud software that allows us to control the availability of restaurant seats. We can best distribute guest flows over the evening and control overbooking by entering table availability and seating times in the system. This way we always have the best possible utilization and still always have the situation under control. This allows us to accept more reservations and improve our planning. What's amazing is that this high-quality software still has very fair pricing. So even smaller restaurant and hotel businesses have best access to high quality technology. We can highly recommend the tool and are pleased that we were able to significantly shorten some tedious administrative processes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The interfaces are already well developed and can be used easily and free of charge. This applies to CRM or PMS, for example. In the future, however, we would be happy to see even more automation regarding automated reservation entry according to hotel bookings. For example, for half board guests. Further CRM possibilities via interfaces to POS would also be an advantage. In this way, sales and preferences could be assigned more precisely to the guests.
