What do you like most?
It covers the bases and can in theory be configured to deliver all necessary components of a hotel CRM and email marketing system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system isn’t very intuitive and the interface looks and feels very outdated. Their customer service is poor - they consistently miss deadlines on what’s been promised. Their support team are slow to respond, and don’t follow through with what they say they’ll do.
