What do you like most?
I’ve been using almost all the products and services that Blastness provides for hoteliers across several properties for many years now, from the CRM to the RMS, including the channel manager, rate shopper, marketing campaigns, and website development.Over all these years, Blastness has been an indispensable partner — not simply following us, but truly accompanying us through the evolutions (and occasional downturns) of the international hospitality market. In detail, the tools we use most frequently across our properties are: - Channel Manager and CRS: Excellent integration with all channels - I’ve yet to find an OTA or wholesaler that isn’t connected with Blastness. The helpdesk support is outstanding and always ready to assist with any connection needs. - Booking Engine: this tool has evolved significantly over the years, and the latest AI-powered version is incredibly efficient and user-friendly. - CRM: the newest version is sleek, intuitive, and allows not only for the creation of professional, high-converting proposals but also for the analysis of key metrics and conversion rates. - Marketing: a dedicated team manages our campaigns, providing detailed analytical reports on a monthly basis. - RMS: this is the product I personally use the most, and it would deserve a whole book to be reviewed properly. It offers a vast range of functions, from in-depth comparisons of on-the-books data with historical figures, to detailed market trend analyses. The RMS brings together an impressive number of tools that help dissect and interpret an enormous amount of information. In summary, what truly sets Blastness apart from other providers - and what made us choose them and continue a long-standing partnership - are: Constant Innovation: Blastness keeps rentlessy launching new features and tools, with a continuous focus not only on technological advancement, but also on the practical needs of hoteliers. The human factor: Blastness doesn’t just provide a suite of digital tools, but also a team of specialists - from revenue management to marketing and beyond - who ensure continuous technical and analytical support. Reporting: over the years, Blastness has developed and refined a range of reports that condense a large amount of essential information for a revenue manager’s work, helping make the long, demanding and complex process of analysis and forecasting far more efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything can be improved - and Blastness knows this well. They continue not only to launch new tools but also to enhance and refine those already in use. Personally, I’d love to see, in the future, a tool that brings together the many functions of the RMS into a single platform.
