What do you like most?
User friendly booking engine. Ease of connectivity of any distribution channels. Multiple reports available. Excellent customer service- helpful, friendly and very understandable. Well chosen Account managers that just go over and beyond to assist with anything.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sabre consistently improves the way the system works, however I am still waiting for better connection of room features to booking.com list.
