What do you like most?
Live Chat - able to response to my request /issues. however sometimes the queue waiting is too long especially during night hrs based on SG time zone.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Slow in response from CCD Support ticket / OTA Channel connectivity. could be better and response within 24hrs. Channel Connect option to raise a ticket can have more options to choose from the list.
