Strong pricing and forecasting — but better for independents than brands

What do you like most?
LodgIQ does a strong job across pricing, revenue strategy, forecasting, business analytics, and market intelligence. The platform makes room-type pricing easier to manage and gives the revenue team better visibility into market movement and demand trends. We also like the continued development of automation and decision-support tools, which can save time without taking the revenue manager out of the process. The customer success team has also been responsive and helpful when activating new features and working through specific hotel needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The biggest opportunity is continuing to build the platform for branded hotels, particularly on the business intelligence side. Today, some of the reporting and analytics feel more naturally suited to independent hotels. Deeper integration with brand data, stronger benchmarking, portfolio-level reporting, and easier visibility into forecast, budget, rate strategy, channel performance, and results would make LodgIQ significantly more valuable for branded assets and larger ownership groups.
