What do you like most?
We truly appreciate the Gracesoft team and their customer service. They are extremely quick to answer any of our questions or requests and have even customized their system to fit our business needs. Highly recommend them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting could be a little better. Even having the ability to create custom reports based on multiple fields and properties allows us to pull data. There have also been some bugs when it comes to doing group reservations with multiple parties paying to stay in one accommodation.

The Dude Ranch market is still fairly new for us, and there aren't many software providers serving this industry, especially at a reasonable price. We felt there was a great opportunity to bring a modern solution to the market without charging the premium that many of the other vendors do. Since many of the core features were already in place, we've been able to focus on adding the ranch-specific functionality based on feedback from customers like you.
