What do you like most?
The introduction of Cora represented a significant step forward in our facility's operational organization. Previously, we used different tools to manage housekeeping and maintenance: WhatsApp groups, paper checklists, verbal communications, and spreadsheets. This made it difficult to maintain a complete overview of activities, especially regarding maintenance and monitoring pending interventions. With Cora, we centralized communication between reception, housekeeping, and maintenance in a single system. Today, every report is recorded, assigned, monitored, and closed in a traceable manner, reducing the risk of oversights and significantly improving collaboration between departments. One of the aspects we appreciated most was how easy it was for operators to use. The staff quickly adopted the system, and this allowed us to improve not only internal efficiency but also the quality of service perceived by guests. For a complex facility like La Fiorida, which combines a hotel, a wellness center, a restaurant, and agricultural operations, being able to rely on shared and updated information in real time is a tangible asset in day-to-day management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If I had to point out one aspect that could be improved, I'd say the synchronization speed between Cora and the PMS. In some operational situations, it would be helpful to have even more immediate updates on the status of rooms and activities, especially during times of increased operational pressure, such as check-out and check-in.
