Unfortunately, it's very inefficient, and guests rarely notice or read it. The layout is also very outdated, and unfortunately, it hasn't been improved over the years.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The idea is fundamentally sound, but unfortunately, it's poorly implemented. If you cancel before the expiration date, they insist on a three-month notice period. We no longer want to use the service and are taking the matter to court. It seems as if the company feels it's necessary to continue to bind itself to dissatisfied customers.
