What do you like most?
Avoiding overbooking, especially when working with OTAs. Being able to apply Yield Management at the pricing level and finally being able to make great promotions according to needs. That's perfect.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Being able to create an additional text library adapted to our specific needs could be of interest, the texts being composed by us to as reminders for specific purposes and sent by email or SMS (for example, in response to a confirmation to specify details not included in the pre-established documents, ie: confirm the status of double or single beds or the list of restaurants with service times in case of late arrivals, etc.) Likewise, a button to trigger an automated SMS on the day of arrival to remind the reception times or the procedure in the event of late arrivals.
