What do you like most?
We have used Lodgical Solution as our property management software after purchasing this hotel in 2001. Greg and his staff have always responded to any request promptly and with professionalism. As a 36 room hotel without food and beverage or spa services, our staff uses each and every function that is available including paperless housekeeping and third-party mobile key. Each function is seamless and operates as designed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As a long time user of this software I am very happy with this property management software. I can't think of any improvements at this time.
