The team is very responsive and their service is tailored and personal. You don't get that with every company. They have a very user friendly interface
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They are expanding their capabilities and therefore they will get better over time. Integration is the key. It would be nice to be able to filter or arrange messages by arrival date
