What do you like most?
The software (when working) is easy to use. Roomplan is easy to use and comfy to work in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Terrible service in the Netherlands. No call backs when promised. - Overselling rooms daily due to software problems. We even blocked rooms to stop overselling. - 6 years of problems now and no real solution. - Now looking on Hotel Tech Report for another solution
