What do you like most?
The function in Vouch is easy to use, both our guests and us as ad admin. The design of the app is clean, tidy with the prompt chatbot.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The VCP (Vouch Client Portal) should be faster in term of interface to client webpage. Currently, we had to remind the Vouch admin that we had edited some contents so it was then refreshed otherwise, some part still remained inedited if only done from our end.
