What do you like most?
With Nitesofts easy to use interface and flexible development system there are no long learning curve or issues for new staff. It's easy to understand and at the same time you are able to work close with Nitesofts support team for feature requests or questions. Being that it's web-based, adds and gives you a whole other flexibility as well. During Covid-19 this has been a huge plus and help for me and my team. The features that Nitesoft offers as PM-System are great as well. You will be able to find most report, handle payments/invoicing, accounting, reservations, konference, housekeeping, scheduling, advertising etc. If you are using a seperate system for e.g. accounting and would like to connect this with Nitesoft directly - they have been more than willing to help with the setup or development. I have been working with Nitesoft now for more than 6 years and I am glad to be able to recommend them for your hotel & team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Being that Nitesoft is fairly new there are some features that are not active or available yet. Nitesoft also has a search engine where you can look up articels or "How to - manuals". This is great, but could need some development and updates.
