Connectivity to customer support. It must be easy to connect with them rather than updating some form, and then you guys will respond when you are available.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hotel customer service should be seamless and available anytime. I want a support where i can call and connect like pro but in your case i need to login and update all the information at some website.
