What do you like most?
The tool allows the automation of manual tasks with the implementation of a series of rules that allows revenue to dedicate their time to analysis and not to manual tasks and then draw conclusions. Ad hoc reports are a plus and the Wavy team It is always available to find solutions and answers to our questions. The tool is constantly evolving. They listen to customers and publish improvements based on user feedback.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Right now, an improvement has been launched for sending sales stoppages to tour operators, which was necessary.
