What do you like most?
Flyr has been a valuable Revenue Management System for our organization, and our overall experience so far has been excellent. From the very beginning, the onboarding process stood out as smooth, well-structured, and fluid. The transition into the system required minimal disruption to our day-to-day work, thanks to the clear guidance provided and the step-by-step support from their team. This efficient setup helped us gain confidence in using the platform almost immediately. The support team deserves recognition as well. They are highly responsive, professional, and proactive in addressing queries or troubleshooting needs. Whenever clarification or assistance was required, the turnaround time was quick, and solutions were practical. Having a support team that genuinely understands the operational challenges of revenue management has made a big difference. In terms of usability, Flyr’s application is intuitive and easy to navigate. The design allows even new users to quickly grasp key functionalities without extensive training. Features are streamlined, which means less time is spent on manual processes and more time is available for strategic decision-making. This simplicity does not compromise depth, as the system still provides powerful insights that help guide revenue strategies effectively. Most importantly, we have observed tangible results. There is still room for enhancement, particularly in the area of rate loading capture.
