What do you like most?
No apps are required; the entire system runs in the cloud. Technical support is fast and efficient, and all requests made so far have been promptly addressed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I see it as appropriate to have a service report per employee, we currently have a report per task completed and total service orders in a period that can be selected.
