The system is especially strong in global connectivity and offers real-time inventory updates, reducing the risk of overbooking. The PMS interface is intuitive and supports essential operational workflows, while the staff collaboration tools improve internal communication and task management across reservations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Integration between the Property Management System and the Channel Manager could be more seamless. At times, data sync delays occur, especially during high-traffic periods. The staff collaboration tools, while helpful, lack advanced features like mobile push notifications and role-based access customization. Enhancing customer support response times would also elevate the user experience.
