The method for checking rates and availability should be easier without having to create a reservation. This could definitely be improved.

Thank you for your wonderful review, we are glad you are experiencing the service you deserve from the Maestro team. We also invite you to please reach out to our team to learn what enhancements may be on the horizon for you to leverage, including rate chart capabilities. There is logic behind the reason for starting a reservation to obtain rates, as rates can constantly change depending on yields, occupancy, etc. and to be able to track turn aways in Maestro. As reservations are started to check rates, turn away tracking is used to track how many times guests called for a certain date to check rates. This allows the property to see any trends as to why guests may not be booking for certain time periods. Instead of making a reservation, there is a secondary option and users can run the yielded rate report to check rates for a certain time period. However, this is a report format vs operational screen to see the rates. In addition, there is a Rate Chart available that we may be able to orient you on if you are not already familiar, that could assist in your needs in the meantime. Please also submit an enhancement request for any areas you feel can be improved, we are here to listen to our clients and do our best to incorporate your voice in the roadmap.
