What do you like most?
Although not commonly used in hotels nor was it built for hoteliers, Asana is a great tool to manage team communication and task management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If not setup right you will find that it can actually be too flexible since it isn't purpose built for hotels. It also requires a bit of training for consistency. Lastly, it lacks in the way of seeing progress and communicating lines of accountability easily.
